Where are you located and how do I get there?
Parking & Access Control Services is located at: #204 - 2075 Wesbrook Mall, Vancouver, B.C., in the General Services and Administration Building (GSAB), located on the north-west corner of Wesbrook Mall and University Boulevard.

What are your hours of operation?
Offices hours are:
Monday through Friday
8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Parking & Access Control Services is closed on statutory holidays. If a holiday lands on a weekend, the office will be closed the following business day. (For example, if Christmas is on Saturday, we're closed the next Monday.)
All pay parking locations (parkades, paylots and meters) operate on statutory holidays.
Do I need to bring identification?
Yes. All transactions require all of the following:
- Driver's License
- Student Card or Letter Of Acceptance
- Insurance documents for the vehicle(s) being registered.
What UBC authority makes traffic and parking regulations on campus?
Parking & Access Control Services is responsible for drafting proposed regulations governing traffic offences and parking regulations. Proposed regulations must be approved by the Board of Governors before they become effective.
Who is responsible for University parking decals and permits?
Parking & Access Control Services administers parking permits for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
Who is responsible for infringements of the Motor Vehicle Act and criminal code violations on University roadways?
The R.C.M.P. enforces motor vehicle violations and criminal acts on public roads within the University campus.
Who is responsible for the enforcement of traffic and parking violations at UBC?
UBC Parking & Access Control Services is responsible for the issuance of traffic offence notices and parking tickets within the University campus.
Who should be contacted to report a trespasser on University owned land?
UBC Campus Security will evict individuals who are not on the campus for bona fide reasons. If Security is contacted first and it is a policing matter, Security will contact the R.C.M.P.
What are the regulations with respect to noise violations or problems on the University campus?
There are no current regulations or by-laws relating to noise problems on the University campus.
