Student Parking Permit Sales
UBC Commuting Students: Summer Permits will be available without the need to enter a waitlist starting April 9th 2025.
UBC Resident Students may purchase a parking permit by entering a waitlist using their parking account.
Waitlist offers are sent weekly via email, as space becomes available. See map.
Enter the waitlist for Fairview Underground and Thunderbird parkade to increase your chances of receiving an offer.
When offered a permit, you may select a start date up to 2 months in advance.
If you need parking more than 2 months from now, please enter the waitlist closer to your desired date.
Commuting Students may enter a Waitlist for Fall Permits from July 30. Offers will be sent weekly starting August 12.
