The Metro Vancouver Parking Tax will increase from 24% to 29%, raising the total tax on parking from 30.2% to 35.45%. The total includes 5% GST, which is applied to both the parking fee and the parking tax.

Summer Permits are currently available without the need to enter a waitlist until late August.
Fall Term Permit Waitlists are available starting July 30th. Permit offers will be sent out weekly beginning August 12th.
UBC Resident Students:
May continue to purchase a parking permit by entering a waitlist using their parking account.

To be eligible, faculty and staff members must have both a UBC Parking account and a HONK account registered with the same email address.
