UBC Parking Services works closely with several campus affiliates and non-affiliates to coordinate traffic and parking logistics for events that occur on campus. Our Traffic Control and Parking staff ensure that adequate parking is available for guests and that impacts to the campus community are minimized. Hosting an event at a parking lot? If you're planning to host an event on a parking lot or require the space for an activity other, please a complete an Outdoor Booking Request Form

Response times vary depending on the volume of disputes received by the Parking Office. When a decision is made, you will receive a response to the mailing address or email address provided. Should the Traffic Notice be upheld, you will have 14 days from the date of the decision to pay the base amount of the Traffic Notice.

We recommend that you file a report with the RCMP on campus at 604 224 1322 and contact your insurance provider. You can also inform UBC Campus Security by calling 604-822-2222.

Impounded vehicles can be picked up from 7am to 11pm at 2451 East Mall, underneath Thunderbird Residence. To confirm whether your vehicle has been towed, phone 604-822-6786, and select options 1 and then 3.
