How often are offers sent to resident students?
Permit offers are typically sent weekly, depending on availability.
How can I improve my chances of receiving a permit?
Select multiple preferred locations when joining the waitlist. Consider adding Fairview Underground and/or Thunderbird Parkade to the bottom of you waitlist rankings as these two locations are recommended, and often available until your preferred location becomes available at a later date. (If available)
What type of permit can resident students purchase?
Resident students are eligible for a monthly renewable permit only.
When can I renew my resident permit?
Permits become eligible for renewal on the 21st of each month. A renewal balance will be added to your parking account, and a reminder email will be sent.
What happens if I miss my permit offer?
Expired offers cannot be reissued. Once expired, the permit space returns to general inventory. You will again need to add yourself to the waitlist.
Are resident student permits refundable?
No. Resident student permits are non-refundable.
