You may present the letter acknowledging your 25 years retirement status sent by the President of the 25 Years Club to the Parking Office or e-mail us at parking.support@ubc.ca. Be sure to include your valid vehicle insurance documents displaying you as a registered driver so a permit can be issued.

You may reach Parking Services at parking.support@ubc.ca to update your vehicle or personal information on your parking account. Remember to send the current vehicle insurance information displaying your name as one of the drivers when updating vehicle information.

Your permit will provide you with the same parking privileges as a Faculty/Staff Permit.  Any multi-level parkades and surface lots that displays signs indicating Faculty/Staff Permits are valid for your permit.

This is done so we can enable more vehicles to use them by having a higher turnover. Vehicles take an average of 2.5hrs to charge, so allowing them to stay much longer than that would prevent other vehicles from charging as well.

Yes. The time limit posted on the EV stations is per day and per location so you can use EV stations at more than one location on the same day as long as you valid payment or permit.
