Please email the Parking Office at least five business days before your final day of parking. Include your student number and the exact cancellation date.

Students beginning in January are encouraged to join the waitlist in December.

Permits are offered through a waitlist system based on availability.

Offers are typically sent weekly, depending on current availability.

Select up to 4 preferred parking locations when joining the waitlist. Including Thunderbird Parkade is recommended, as it is often available until your preferred location becomes available at a later date.

Expired offers cannot be reissued. Once expired, the space returns to general inventory and will be offered to another waitlisted student. You will again need to add yourself to the waitlist.
