Are there loading zones on campus?
There are various loading zones throughout campus. Look for signage that indicates how long you can stay parked at the loading zone (usually between 15 to 30 minutes.)
I have an overheight vehicle. Where can I park?
Overheight clearance is indicated in physical signage at each parkade. For special overheight vehicle arrangements, please contact parking.support@ubc.ca.
Where should I park if it is snowing?
During snowfalls, surface lots are cleared according to operational priority. We strongly encourage parking at the nearest parkade, which provides cover from snow. Parking at a surface lot is done at the driver’s own risk
I accidentally paid twice for parking. How do I obtain a refund?
Please email parking.support@ubc.ca and indicate your license plate number, phone number and the first and last four digits of your credit card
Is there free parking at UBC?
There is no free parking at UBC Campus.
I noticed a maintenance problem at one of the parking facilities. Who should I contact?
Please contact UBC Parking by phoning 604-822-6786 and selecting option “1” in our phone system. We thank you for notifying us about maintenance issues.
