In an effort to maintain a sustainable campus, UBC strives to minimize the use of paper. As a result, parking receipts are not automatically printed unless “Print Receipt” is selected at the machine. Should you need a copy of your parking receipt, please email parking.support@ubc.ca.
You have 14 days to pay the reduced amount of your ticket. If the debt owed is not paid by the deadline, it may be referred to a collection agency and the vehicle may be towed next time it’s parked on campus.
Vehicles parked at UBC are subject to the Traffic and Parking Rules of the University of British Columbia. If not complied with, vehicles may receive a ticket and be impounded.
Response times vary depending on the volume of disputes received by the Parking Office. When a decision is made, you will receive a response to the mailing address or email address provided. Should the Traffic Notice be upheld, you will have 14 days from the date of the decision to pay the base amount of the Traffic Notice.
