Help & Support

Q: I added a license plate to my Parking Account that already has a ticket. Do I become responsible for the ticket?

Yes, you are responsible for any tickets associated with license plate numbers that are added to your Parking Account. The ticket(s) may also prevent you from buying a new permit until the debt is paid.

Q: Can I remove a license plate from my Parking Account that is associated with a ticket?

No, you will only be able to remove license plate numbers that do not have any outstanding tickets from your account. We recommend customers do not add a vehicle’s license plate number to their parking account or permit unless they are positive that the license plate number do not have any outstanding tickets.

Q: Do I have to buy a new permit if I am driving a different vehicle that is not associated with my current permit?

A: No, you may add up to five vehicles to a permit on your Parking Account. It is recommend to remove a temporary vehicle from your Parking Account as soon as you are no longer driving the vehicle, to avoid possible tickets by future users.
