Q: What are the Vancouver Campus Parking Permits: Terms & Conditions
Q: I am a resident student but I don`t see the location that I would like to park in as an option at the Permit Selection page in my UBC Parking Account.

The UBC resident students parking options have limited availability. The options shown in your UBC Parking account reflect what is currently available for you to purchase. For more parking alternatives from UBC Housing, access http://vancouver.housing.ubc.ca/applications/fees-payments/parking/

Q: Why I can no longer purchase a parking permit for all the 5 parkades?

To better serve the campus community by properly distributing the occupancy among the parking facilities, we have limited the Community Permits to a choice of 1 or 2 parkades.

Q: Where should I park if my vehicle requires over height parking?

Please email the purpose of your trip, dates and the location you are attending at UBC to parking.support@ubc.ca so we can assist you on finding a parking location that can accommodate your vehicle.

Q: How do I get my Emeritus Parking Permit?

Once you received the letter granting you Emeritus status from the Senate, you can e-mail it to parking.support@ubc.ca so we can issue you an Emeritus Parking Permit.

Q: How long is the Emeritus Parking Permit valid for?

The Emeritus Parking Permit does not expire and will remain valid until we are informed that it is no longer needed. Please email us at parking.support@ubc.ca should you wish to update your information such as vehicle plate number or contact information.
