What should I do if I am trying to buy or redeem a Honk multipack/pass but the system seems to be down? Do I still need to pay for parking?
A parking payment or permit is required whenever parking at UBC. Feel free to contact our office over the phone should you be experiencing an issue purchasing or redeeming a Honk pass. You can also make a payment using one of the alternative mobile payment providers or at the Paystations.
